Founded in 2013 by Steph and Dave Feightner, Spectrum Concierge provides a unique list of home services including estate management, home watch, cleaning, rental/guest accommodation and personalized concierge services.

Dave Feightner
Owner & Operator
With a strong business background and extensive experience working with the luxury market, Dave knows what it takes to deliver the highest level of customer service. Raised in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Dave attended Methodist University in North Carolina where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Professional Golf Management. From there, Dave has served as Golf Professional for a list of elite clubs, including Nantucket Golf Club, the Ocean Reef Club and the Club at Mediterra in Naples, Florida. Dave is an avid sports fan as well, although despite his better judgement, he prefers to root for Boston sports teams.

Steph Feightner
Owner & Operator
As co-owner and operator of Spectrum Concierge, Steph combines her strong administrative background with a genuine love of people and community. Originally from Pennsylvania, Steph is a graduate of Villanova University, where she played Division One soccer. With over a decade of business experience, spanning from Washington, DC to the Miami area, she has held notable positions in the administrative, hospitality, and event coordinating fields. When she’s not working, Steph enjoys spending time with her friends and family, exercising and rooting for Baltimore sports teams.

Terri Alzado
Senior Administrative Concierge
Originally from Long Beach, Terri is a native New Yorker at heart. Having grown up in a beach community, it was easy to make Naples her home 13 years ago, along with her active teen's Brandon and Sofia, and her adorable "Shorkie" Roxy. Terri discovered a love for the hospitality industry in her earliest employment at local restaurants and kitchens, but took a different path after receiving her B.A. at State University of New York, Albany, and became woman's clothing buyer in the retail industry. After raising her kids, Terri combined her love for cooking, people and service, and became part owner of a small catering business here in Naples. Always motivated to do more, Terri worked part time for the last four years as a Home-care companion, fortunate enough to serve the elderly. Now with Spectrum Concierge, she is focused on providing clients with timely and informative communications regarding their home, and helping to keep our staff and our schedules in order. In her free time Terri enjoys swimming and sunning at La Playa, or sharing a glass of wine and a meal with friends and family.

Meagan Borro
Administrative Concierge
Born and raised in Sarasota, Meagan came down to Southwest Florida for undergrad at FGCU and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in history, and later she received her master’s degree from UNC Greensboro in 2019. She has held a variety of positions from graduate assistant at UNC Greensboro, to a receptionist at Aston Gardens, and most recently a librarian assistant at the Naples Regional Library. Through her educational and work experiences, she looks forward to bringing her analytical, problem solving, and communication skills to the team at Spectrum. On the personal side, Meagan met her husband Andre at a wedding in Naples and were recently married in August. Together, they enjoy being outside soaking up the sun by the pool or fishing in the Gulf. In her spare time, Meagan loves being around her family, and beating her husband at pool (which has only happened once). Now, at Spectrum Concierge, Meagan is dedicated to learning all facets of the company and using her background to help serve our clients.

Renae Ciani
Administrative Concierge
A Naples native, Renae Ciani has recently joined the Spectrum Concierge team as our newest Administrative Concierge! Renae brings over six years of experience in the hospitality industry and has earned her degree in Resort & Hospitality Management from Florida Gulf Coast University. With her excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities, along with her strong attention to detail, she will be a key part of growing our success here at Spectrum. When Renae is not at the office, you’ll find her experimenting with new recipes as she loves to cook and trying popular restaurants around town. She also loves to spend time with her family, especially her nieces and nephew, who are all under the ages of five. Renae is eager to develop her knowledge of each clients’ homes and preferences to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Juan Palacio
Lead Home Services Professional
Juan was born in Cuba and at the age of six came to Naples where he has since resided. He attended Florida Southwestern State College and initially pursued a degree in Radiation Technology. Eventually he decided it wasn’t the path he wanted to continue down and began a career as a handyman and home watch tech for an established property management company. He joined Spectrum Concierge in 2018 where he utilizes his handyman skills and home watch background to help take great care of our client’s properties. On the weekends Juan loves trying new restaurants, playing video games and enjoys traveling when he can.

Tim Beard
Home Services Professional
Originally from Pennsylvania, where he met his wife Marcia and they started their family, which now consists of three children and 2 grandsons. In search of work Tim took them to Virginia where he landed a job with Dominion Energy. He spent 32 years working in Power Station Operations working his way up through the ranks from an Operator Trainee to Operations Manager at Yorktown Power Station. After retiring in 2109, Tim moved to the Naples area to relax and enjoy the sunshine. After a year of retirement Tim decided it was time to join the work force again and came to work at Spectrum Concierge as a Home Services Professional where he can utilize the 30 plus years of homeownership and work experience. When not working he is known to play a round of golf and otherwise spend time with his wife and friends.

Jose Perez
Home Services Professional
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Jose moved to the United States four years ago and now calls Naples his home. In Puerto Rico, he received his Sound Engineering degree from the Puerto Rico College of Cinematography, Arts and Television, and he has always enjoyed listening to podcasts and had his own radio show at one time. Jose is also an accomplished “bike polo” player, and likes to spend time with his cat, Francis. Jose has various work experiences from pool tile installation to commercial floor cleaning, but in general he likes to work with his hands, and has displayed a competency for digging into situations, and being detail oriented. With his positive attitude and genuine character, we are confident he will make a great impression with our clients, as he already has with the rest of our team.

Phil Privé
Home Service Professional
Phil is a native of Rhode Island. After high school he decided to join the Navy where he developed a passion for working with electronics. After graduating from RISE Institute of Electronics, Phil managed manufacturing operations for a surgical laser company, a manufacturer of cabin management systems for private jets, and an automotive audio systems supplier. In 2008 he decided to start two businesses – a handyman service and a home inspection company. After three years of running both, he chose to focus on the handyman business which he successfully operated for 12 years. Phil’s attention to detail and his commitment to quality and customer satisfaction were instrumental to his success. He enjoys building relationships with his clients and educating them on all aspects of home maintenance. Phil moved to Bonita Springs in 2020 and joined the Spectrum Concierge team. He brings with him extensive experience in all facets of home repair and maintenance as well as contractor management skills. Phil has been married to his lovely wife Rose for 31 years. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, biking, hiking, traveling and working on projects around the house.

Kristen Preuss
Office Administrator
Kristen was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado and just recently moved back to the Naples area. After living in a small mountain town in her home state for the past few months, her husband Lynden accepted a position at a local Brewery and they both jumped at the opportunity to come back to Florida! Kristen has been in customer service and office administration for the majority of her career with roles ranging from running day to day operations for a Marketing Company in Montana to running a Brew Pub in Colorado. In her free time she loves to travel with her family, do anything out on the water, hike, check out breweries with Lynden, and play with their dog Henna. She has always loved sports and will take any opportunity to play soccer, basketball and volleyball.

Robert Peia
Marketing Manager
A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, Robert always knew marketing and graphic design was his passion. His background in direct marketing along with his creative vision and graphic design abilities allow him to understand the dynamic needs of a business, while his no-limits mindset fuels his initiative and work ethic. Robert's role as Marketing Manager at Spectrum Concierge will focus on creating and implementing marketing and social media strategies, while increasing online audience engagement. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family and being active outdoors. A few of his favorite activities are boating, kayaking, soccer, and cooking. Robert is a strong believer in the power of customer relationships and is always dedicated to finding new ways to exceed client's expectations!
Leaving our Florida home for several months a year has always been a concern. Ever since we hired Spectrum our anxiety has vanished. We feel as though family members are watching our home during our absence. They are caring, organized and motivated. Their keen eyes miss nothing. They go out of their way to please and offer many extra services. When someone enters our home during our absence, it is most important that it is a person we trust. Spectrum's high level of integrity and professionalism provide us that trust.
I highly recommend Spectrum Concierge. They have done home watching for us, taken care of our vehicles, provided us with transportation to and from the airport, organized special events for my husband’s clients. When this past summer our tenant moved out unexpectedly, we decided to put the condo for sale. We were out of town, so Spectrum took charge of everything: from checking tenant out to contacting the association for repairs, requesting quotes from local professionals for renovations. They were instrumental in making sure the condo looked move-in ready for our first open house. We were absolutely pleased!
I would like to share how much we appreciate the great work that Spectrum Concierge has done for us over the last couple years. They have been dependable, conscientious, and proactive. It is always a concern hiring service people who we are not familiar with and they have exceeded our expectations. Their professionalism and attention to detail is very reassuring. It is good to work with folks that we trust and respect.
We are beyond pleased with the service that Spectrum Concierge provides. The attention to detail that they provide has surpassed our expectations. We feel so fortunate to have them take care of any issue that comes up with our second home. We couldn't manage a second home without their services.
