Who We Are & What We Do

Spectrum Concierge was founded in 2013 by Dave and Steph Feightner and provides a variety of home management and concierge services aimed at delivering it’s clients with an exceptional homeownership experience in Southwest Florida. We bridge the gap between a home watch service and estate managers, and personalize our services to fit our clients’ exact needs. We act as an invaluable resource to our homeowners, who come to us for anything regarding their home, as they know we keep their best interest in mind.

Our team of talented Home Service Professionals and Administrative Concierges act as home advocates for our clients, and directly manage all on-going projects, as well as implement a preventative maintenance program that keeps your home in pristine shape.

Initial Consultation

Our owners, Dave and Steph Feightner, will set up a time to better understand your needs, your schedule, talk about your desired frequency of visits and pricing, as well answer any questions you may have.

Meet Your Dedicated Team

Once we figure out which program is right for you, your property will be assigned a dedicated Administrative Concierge and a Home Service Professional, who will familiarize themselves with your home, your preferences and will act as your single point of contact for all things regarding your property.

Day of Your Home Visit

When our team arrives at your home, they utilize a GPS enabled report, following a detailed checklist that has been customized for your home. We check both the exterior and interior of your home, as well as complete the preventative maintenance scheduled for that visit and look for any abnormalities.

A Report Will Be Emailed to You After Our Visit

Upon completion of our visit of your home, you will be emailed a report detailing our visit to your home with photos and videos along and the status of the various areas that were checked and any items that may need your attention.
